Account Deletion Policy

This policy explains how users of HisaabPro can request deletion of their account and associated data.
1. Account Deletion Request
Users may request account deletion by either:
- Using the in-app account deletion option (if available), or
- Sending an email request from their registered email address to:

2. Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion
Upon successful account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Owner name and shop name
- User account and authentication records
- Products, units, and pricing data
- Sales, purchases, invoices, and inventory records
- Customer and supplier data
3. Data Retention Exceptions
Certain data may be retained temporarily or permanently if required by:
- Applicable laws
- Tax, audit, or regulatory obligations
- Legal disputes or enforcement requests
Any retained data will be securely stored and access-restricted.
4. Deletion Timeline
- Account deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days
- Once deleted, data cannot be recovered
5. Responsibility Notice
Users are advised to:
- Export or back up any required business data before requesting deletion
- Ensure no ongoing business dependency on the application
6. Children’s Data
The application does not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.
