Account Deletion Policy

This policy explains how users of HisaabPro can request deletion of their account and associated data.

1. Account Deletion Request

Users may request account deletion by either:

• Using the in-app account deletion option (if available), or
• Sending an email request from their registered email address to:

2. Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion

Upon successful account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Owner name and shop name
• User account and authentication records
• Products, units, and pricing data
• Sales, purchases, invoices, and inventory records
• Customer and supplier data

3. Data Retention Exceptions

Certain data may be retained temporarily or permanently if required by:

• Applicable laws
• Tax, audit, or regulatory obligations
• Legal disputes or enforcement requests

Any retained data will be securely stored and access-restricted.

4. Deletion Timeline

• Account deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days
• Once deleted, data cannot be recovered

5. Responsibility Notice

Users are advised to:

• Export or back up any required business data before requesting deletion
• Ensure no ongoing business dependency on the application

6. Children’s Data

The application does not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.
