This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to the HisaabPro operated by Izra Software Labs Pvt Ltd ("we", "our", "us").
1. Nature of Service
HisaabPro is a digital software service (SaaS) that provides business management tools for wholesalers and retailers. As access to digital services is granted immediately upon payment, refunds are limited.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through:
- The Google Play Store subscription management page, or
- Any other officially supported payment method used at the time of purchase
Cancellation will:
- Stop future billing
- Allow continued access until the end of the current billing period
No partial-period refunds are provided for unused time.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription period
- Payment made but service not activated due to a verified technical issue
- Incorrect charge caused by a system error
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of usage
- Business losses or missed profits
- User error or misconfiguration
- Failure to cancel before renewal
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must:
- Contact us within 7 days of the payment date
- Use the registered email address
- Provide payment reference details

5. Refund Method and Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
- Applicable taxes, including GST, will be handled as per Indian tax regulations
6. Google Play Billing
For subscriptions purchased via Google Play:
- Google Play’s refund and cancellation policies may apply
- We may not have direct control over refund approvals
- Users are advised to review Google Play’s billing policies
7. Taxes and Compliance
All prices are inclusive or exclusive of GST as displayed at the time of purchase. Tax invoices will be issued where applicable.
8. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication.
