Welcome to Supreme Bill!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Supreme Bill mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by NAIM AHMAD ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Supreme Bill, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. About the Service

Supreme Bill is a business productivity tool designed to help small business owners, particularly shopkeepers, manage their sales data and generate bills. The App operates as a client for our cloud-based infrastructure.

The App is provided as an "as-is" service and is currently available for use free of charge. We reserve the right to change our pricing model or introduce subscription fees in the future, with prior notice to our users.

2. Eligibility

By using Supreme Bill, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will provide accurate and complete information during account registration
• Your use of the App does not violate any applicable law or regulation
• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction)

3. Account Registration and Security

To use Supreme Bill, you must create an account using a valid email address and a secure password. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. User Data and Privacy

Supreme Bill allows you to input and store data related to your business sales, customers, and products ("User Content").

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into the App
• Usage: By using the App, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you
• Cloud Storage: Your data is stored securely in the cloud using third-party services like Supabase
• Privacy: Our collection and use of your personal and business data are governed by our Privacy Policy

5. Subscription and Payments

As of the effective date of these Terms, Supreme Bill is provided free of charge.

Should we introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future, clear terms regarding pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation policies will be provided and will require your explicit consent before any charges are applied.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its code, design, icons, logo, and original content (excluding User Content), is and will remain the exclusive property of NAIM AHMAD. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Supreme Bill:

• Illegal Activities: For any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms
• Harmful Content: To upload or transmit any material that contains software viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Service Interference: To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or the data contained therein
• Unauthorized Access: To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the App
• Data Scraping: To scrape, mine, or extract data from the App using automated means
• Terms Violation: In any manner that violates these Terms or any applicable laws

8. Service Availability and Modifications

8.1 Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to Supreme Bill and aim for 24/7 availability. However, the App relies on third-party services (such as Supabase for cloud storage) which may experience occasional downtime or interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App.

8.2 Maintenance and Updates

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or restrict access to the App temporarily for maintenance, updates, or repairs
• Modify, update, or discontinue any features or functionality of the App at any time
• Release updates, patches, or new versions of the App

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance or significant changes that may affect service availability.

8.3 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. This includes the right to add, remove, or change features based on user feedback, technical requirements, or business decisions.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through the delete-account page in the App. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems immediately, and this action cannot be undone.

9.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice or liability, if we determine that you have:

• Violated these Terms and Conditions
• Engaged in illegal activities using the App
• Created fake or fraudulent accounts
• Used automated bots or scripts
• Engaged in abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior
• Failed to use your account for more than one (1) year (account inactivity)
• Compromised the security or integrity of the App

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, whether by you or by us, your right to access and use the App immediately ceases. All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

10.1 "As Is" and "As Available" Basis

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the App or its content
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the App is free from viruses or harmful components

10.2 No Business Advice

Supreme Bill is a tool for managing sales and billing data. The App does not provide business advice, financial advice, or professional recommendations. We are not responsible for any business decisions you make based on the data or information provided by the App. You acknowledge that:

• All business decisions are made at your own risk
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your billing data
• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from business decisions made using the App

10.3 Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services such as Supabase for data storage and Firebase Crashlytics for error reporting. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of these third-party services. Any issues arising from third-party service failures or interruptions are beyond our control.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NAIM AHMAD, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your User Content or any data you input into the App
• Any illegal activities conducted using the App
• Any business decisions or actions you take based on information from the App

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the App.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Your use of the App may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

13.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in India. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

13.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App, you agree to first contact us at naeem.aidev@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal action in accordance with the jurisdiction provisions above.

13.4 No Class Actions

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Changes to the App's features or functionality
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Security or privacy enhancements
• Business or operational changes

When we make changes to these Terms:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
• We will notify you via email at the address associated with your account
• For material changes, we may also provide in-app notifications

Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.

15. Privacy
