1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Supreme Bill! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and NAIM AHMAD ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Supreme Bill mobile application and website.

By accessing, downloading, or using Supreme Bill, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Supreme Bill is a business productivity tool designed to help users manage their sales and billing efficiently, featuring:

  • Quick sales and customer billing
  • Invoice generation and history
  • Customer and product management
  • Offline-first functionality with cloud sync
  • Data export as PDF or images

4. User Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information.

5. Pricing and Payment

Supreme Bill is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or premium subscriptions in the future, which will be communicated clearly before any charges apply.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your business data ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and sync your data to provide the Service. The App's source code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of NAIM AHMAD.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, fraud, harassement, or to interfere with the App's security. Automated scraping or use of bots is prohibited.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for long periods of inactivity.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SUPREME BILL IS A TOOL FOR DATA MANAGEMENT AND DOES NOT PROVIDE BUSINESS OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAIM AHMAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
