These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the HisaabPro Android application operated by Izra Software Labs Pvt Ltd ("we", "our", "us").

By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

1. Purpose of the Application

HisaabPro is a business management application designed to help wholesalers and retailers manage:

• Products and units
• Pricing and customer-specific pricing
• Sales, purchases, billing, and inventory
• Supplier and customer records

The application is intended solely for business use.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older
• Users must be authorized to operate on behalf of the business they register
• The application is not intended for personal or consumer use

3. Account Registration

To use the application, you must create an account by providing:

• Owner name
• Shop or business name
• Login credentials (email or phone)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Data Ownership

• All business data entered into the application remains the property of the user
• We do not claim ownership of your products, pricing, invoices, or transaction data
• You grant us permission to store and process this data solely to provide application functionality

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the application for illegal activities
• Attempt unauthorized access to other tenants’ data
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the application
• Upload malicious or harmful content

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Availability at all times

Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

7. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If paid plans are introduced:

• Pricing and billing terms will be clearly communicated
• Taxes will be applied as per applicable Indian laws
• Failure to pay may result in service limitation or suspension

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
• Required by law or regulatory authority

Users may also choose to terminate their account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability
